Online Registration Form"WestVet 21" The 21st Western Meeting of Poultry Clinicians and Pathologists will be held on: Registration and Call for Case Reports The case report time allotment is 10 minutes. There will be a 5 minute question period after each presentation. The final portion of the meeting will be a “Burning Question Period”. This is an informal discussion on any topic of current importance to the poultry industry related to poultry health management. In order to have the program run as smoothly as possible we would ask that all presenters forward a copy of their PowerPoint presentation at their earliest convenience. Deadline for submission of PowerPoint presentations is September 17, 2010. We would also request an abstract suitable for publication on the WestVet website in Word format , this may be submitted along with the PowerPoint presentation or brought to the meeting on CD. *Please note that attendance at the WMPCP is limited to Veterinarians only. There will be a sponsored reception in the Post Hotel Library on Monday, October 4, 2010, from 7:30 – 9:00 pm. A working lunch is sponsored on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 for meeting participants.
